WIC Services Include
- Freedom to redeem vouchers at most area retail grocers to obtain nutritious and wholesome foods
- Personalized nutrition education for you and your family through individual and group sessions.
- Access to certified Registered Dietitians (RDs) for services such as individualized care plans for chronic diseases, including diabetes management

- No-cost breastfeeding counseling to prepare you, your partner, and anyone else in your social network for the arrival of your baby and the adventure of breastfeeding

Am I eligible to receive wic?
You are eligible for the WIC nutritional program if you:
- Live in Washington State, and
- Are pregnant, a new mother, or a child under five years of age, and
- Have a medical or nutritional need, and
- Meet the income eligibility guidelines below. For each additional family member, add $700 to the monthly income and $8,399 to the annual income.
*A household is defined as a group of related or non-related individuals, who usually, although not necessarily, are living together and share income. If you are pregnant, include each unborn child in household size.
