WHAT IS WIC?
WIC is a nutrition program for pregnant women, new and breastfeeding moms, and children under 5 years old. WIC helps improve the health of women and children by offering the following services: nutrition education, monthly checks for healthy food, health screenings and referrals and breastfeeding support.
